internship from day one
I did not grow out of the Academy or theory. From the beginning, I started campaigns, wrote offers and looked at the data. I learned marketing by doing it - on my own money and my own mistakes.
I don't sell ads.
I build systems that they sell for my clients.
I couldn't afford marketing, so I made it myself. As an insurance agent, I hated cold phones and didn't make a single sale for three months. Instead of calling on cold phone calls, I paid the agency PLN 20,000, all my savings to take care of my promotion. I didn't sell anything and I was forced to do something myself, soaking up knowledge about marketing for hours.
I went to an internship at the agency to learn from the inside. Seeing all these curves of play, I couldn't stand there long. I have always wanted to sell something that I have a real influence on and not be ashamed of the defects of the product, so I create my service myself, today with the team, according to my value.
I only sell when I feel the brand and the owner and when I can really help. I look at the ROI very much. I choose brands to cooperate with, and when we work, I treat the company as my own: I advise, look for holes and smell everywhere so that the whole process from A to Z is ready to scale.
I got bored with the chatter. We speak the results, so we do not have to be professionals, we are normal, ambitious people who take customer successes personally. And privately, I take care of the one-year-old Millie Spaniel, which has permanently entered our brand.
Facebook and Instagram campaigns focused on the cost of acquiring a customer, not empty indicators.
Optimization of business cards and local SEO that fills the calendar and phone in the company.
Content that builds a brand and sales, in a consistent tone, for months ahead.
Positioning, communication and a consistent image that distinguishes it from the competition.
Campaigns and communication in Polish and Turkish, with a sense of both markets and cultures.
bases, playbooks and processes that allow you to grow without sacrificing quality of service.
I did not grow out of the Academy or theory. From the beginning, I started campaigns, wrote offers and looked at the data. I learned marketing by doing it - on my own money and my own mistakes.
I have built and run bimedia. Every day I make real strategic decisions for several dozen brands - from campaigns, through mailing, to roas. It's not a theory. It is daily practice and responsibility.
I learn on the largest brands in the world and implement these lessons with Polish clients. I analyze strategies, communication and solutions that really work - and then I translate them into specific actions.
I want to be one of the strongest strategic voices in Polish marketing - and prove that the Polish brand can play in the world league. No complexes, but with numbers.
I do not end with the slide 50. I show: slide → mailing → result after 30 days. The rest is PowerPoint for expensive money.
I sell process, data and repeatability, not a one-off "wow" effect. The system can be scaled, not inspired.
I say "it works"? You get a number, case and source. Concrete instead of abstraction - always.
I'll tell you no, if it's fairer. Professionalism is telling the truth, not pretending that you can handle everyone.
A good agency corrects you when you are wrong - it does not nod to you for the sake of peace and does not treat you like an ATM.
I do not complex the Polish market. Locality is an advantage, not a limitation - if you can use it.
I don't reinvent marketing. I build on the people who defined it and on the American school that taught me to think systemically and with evidence. But I do not take any theory on faith - I verify it on a real brand.
Marketing as a system and process. "Marketing is not art, it's a system" grows directly out of his thinking.
An advertisement that sells based on research, not an ornament. Hence my principle "every thesis has proof".
Positioning as a core. The industry does not define a brand - it decides the place that you occupy in the client's head.
“How Brands Grow” - hard, data-based thinking about the growth and mental availability of the brand.
Mark as a tribe and the courage to say "no". Stand out or die - being noticeable beats being cheap.
Psychology of purchasing decision, which I implement ethically in the offer and in the entire conversion funnel.
Jobs to Be Done (Harvard). Nobody buys a drill - everyone buys a hole in the wall. The frame of my thinking about the client.
Data-drive, testing, concrete. She taught me to trust numbers and experiments, not premonitions.
The greatest successes in marketing are not about a larger budget. They are o bigger thesis.
It's a matter of strategy. Advertising is the last step of the funnel - no campaign will start without positioning, Person and Welcome Series. In one premium brand, Roas increased from 1.3 to 4.7 in 8 weeks. Not because of a bigger budget - because of a better thesis.
not a partner. I once fired a client who consulted every decision and wanted the report in 2 hours - the team lost 40% of the week to e-mails, and the strategy never fully came. Your partner corrects you when you are wrong.
Most brands do the opposite: first the product, then looking for a customer and is surprised that he is not going. Listen to the market before you build. The lack of any communication after purchase is one of the most expensive e-commerce errors.
Ikea's Flat-Pack doesn't look like a strategy - it looks like a packing way. The biggest moves don't shout "strategy" at the moment you make them. That's why I'm asking you about your "flat-pack" today.
Before I advise anything, I order a product from the brand as a regular customer and go all the way: First Advertising → Landing → Form → Welcome mail → Checkout → Parcel → Follow-up. I evaluate eight dimensions and give specific recommendations. And I teach to look deeper than Roas or CPL: at LTV / CAC, time to first purchase, Payback CAC, Cohort retention and brand search.
"Transparency is not a password. It's a dashboard that the client has access to 24/7."
Write to me or arrange an interview with the team.
We will review your data and tell you directly what will start the sale.
